• We ship to all addresses within New Zealand.
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over $99 NZD.
• Orders under $99 incur a flat $9.95 NZD shipping fee.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help.

• 30-day return window — return your shades within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their packaging.
• To start a return, email us at hello@magshades.co.nz with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your shades arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
